Former MP Udaysingh Gaikwad no more

Former Congress MP Udaysingh Gaikwad passed away at a private hospital here today.
Gaikwad, 84, was ailing for the last few days, family sources said.
He became an MLA in 1962 from Shahuwadi in the district and later became a minister in Maharashtra government.
He was elected to the parliament for the first time in 1980s.
