Four farmers commit suicide in Mahabubnagar district

Four farmers committed suicide in Mahabubnagar district after suffering financial losses since they failed to recover even the capital invested in growing crops, officials said here today.
Chakali Yadamma (45) from Elkagudem hamlet, Laxmi (40) from Maldhkal mandal, Jayanthi (30) from Udhandapur village and Boya Fakeera (70) from Sanginenipally village committed suicide.
However, government officials refused to accept that the farmers committed due to financial losses and claimed that they committed suicides due to other reasons.
