Four killed as underconstruction building collapses in Raj

Four persons were killed and two injured today when a three-storey underconstruction building collapsed in Jayanti Nagar near Goverdhan gate here.
Two of the three deceased have been identified as the building owner, Dharmendra Updadhyay and a labourer, Naval Singh, police said.
While three died on the spot, the fourth succumbed to injuries in the hospital, they said.
Army jawans have been called in for the rescue operation, they said.
