Four members of a family found dead inside their residence

Four members of a family were today found dead under suspicious circumstances in their residence at Rajpura village in the district, police said.
The house was locked since February 2 and their neighbours were not aware about the whereabouts of the family members.
When foul smell started to emanate from the house, people informed the police, Amjhara police station in-charge Kushal Singh Rawat told reporters here today.
Police broke open the doors and found the bodies of Mukesh Prajapat, his wife Neetu and their two minor sons, Piyush and Ayush.
Household goods were lying scattered in the home, he added.

A case has been registered and the bodies have been sent for post mortem, Rawat said, adding that the exact cause of the incident would be known only after getting the autopsy report.
