"They sought 15 days time. I gave them till August 7 to reply to the notices served (on Saturday). Thereafter, I will call each of them separately to my 'court'," Bhokta told reporters here.
The Speaker had on August 2 served notices to Nirbhay Kumar Sahabadi (Giridih constituency), Jai Prakash Singh Bhokta (Semeria), Chandrika Mahata (Jamua) and Samresh Singh (Bokaro), seeking their replies by 2 pm of August 4.
The notices were served after JVM Legislative party leader Pradip Yadav and party president Babulal Marandi demanded their disqualification under the Tenth Schedule of the Constitution after the four announced to join the BJP in Delhi recently despite winning the 2009 election as JVM candidates.
