Four mobile phones seized at Ambala Jail entry gate

The jail authorities today seized four mobile phones at the entry gate of the jail here while checking a box which was sent to an inmate.
Some of the relatives of the inmate reached the Jail premises and they asked the jail officials to give the box to the inmate lodged in the jail.
Some eatable items were kept in the box and four mobile phones were hidden under the eatable items, a jail official said.
When the jail authorities checked the box thoroughly they found four mobiles phones.
On the complaint of the jail authorities a case was registered in Baldev Nagar police station in this regard.
