The collection agent of Writer Safe Guard company, Anil Kumar, was going to his office in Panchsheel Park to deposit the cash collected by him when he was looted by four robbers on NH 24 on September 26.
Anil's motorcycle was pushed by two of the robbers on NH 24 and he fell down. Soon, two other men came in a Honda Civic car and escaped after robbing him, a police officer said.
During investigation, police traced the car through its registration number and yesterday arrested the four robbers -- identified as Amit Arya, 24, Kapil, 20, Raju Bangali, 28, and Jitender 20, said the officer.
During interrogation, they revealed that Raju and one absconding gang member Nikhil knew about Anil's work and made a plan to rob him.
Search is on to arrest Nikhil and another member of the gang, he added.
