"We have arrested four students of AHHA on charge of ransacking the institute. They will be produced in the court," Bhubaneswar DCP Satyabrat Bhoi told reporters here.
The students were arrested based on CCTV footage, he said adding action was being taken following filing of two FIRs at Kharvel Nagar police station.
Police had on Thursday arrested the institute's director Dillip Routray for running it without having valid affiliation.
Irate students on Thursday had alleged that the AHHA authorities used to send them outside the state for jobs where they were sexually harassed.
Apart from sexual harassment slur, the students had also alleged that though the institute took a hefty sum towards course fee, it did not conduct examinations and provide them certificates.
Police said a team will leave for Hyderabad where students are allegedly sexually harassed.
