Four wagons of a goods train today derailed at Baad railway station, a railway official said.
"The derailment occurred when an engine was hauling five empty wagons to the yard of Baad railway station as part of shunting activity," Sanchit Tyagi, the commercial manager of Agra division of NCR, said.
The incident took place at 15.50 pm. Rail traffic on all the routes remained unaffected.
Tyagi said a departmental inquiry has been ordered into the incident.
