The Parliamentary Standing Committee on External Affairs, which is scheduled to meet tomorrow, has called former Army chief Deepak Kapoor, former ambassador to China Nalin Surie and military intelligence veteran, retired Army officer Vinayak Bhat to brief them on the issue.
Senior officials of the External Affairs Ministry and the Defence Ministry will also brief the panel on the same subject -- Sino-India relations, including the Doklam issue.
Earlier, briefing the panel, External Affairs Ministry officials had said Chinas stand on the Doklam dispute in the Sikkim sector was "unusually aggressive".
The officials had also told the panel that India was maintaining the same position since 1895 as per an Anglo-Chinese agreement.
The troops of both India and China were locked in a 73-day standoff in Doklam, near Sikkim, last year after the Indian side stopped the building of a road by the Chinese Army in the disputed tri-junction.
