She accused him of sexual harassing her in 2010 and said action was never taken against him by the school authorities despite directions from CBSE.
The lady, who was an art teacher, alleged that she verbally and sexually harassed by the then principal of the school in November 2010, following which she lodged an FIR against him in May 2011.
She claimed no action was taken despite a complaint made to senior authorities, instead her service contract was terminated last year on ground of not being competent in English.
People's Union for Civil Liberties also demanded stern action against the accused and also forwarded a letter to Commissioner of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti in Noida, demanding cancellation of the appointment which was made in November last year.
"Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti refused to check his antecedents before appointing him," PUCL General Secretary Kavita Srivastava has written in the letter.
The case against the principal is currently in session court of Jaipur.
