The Robert Rodriguez-created supernatural drama series will return to El Rey for ten all-new episodes on August 25, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Rodriguez said of the new season: "The first season of 'Dusk' re-imagined the original film to allow us to expand our story and characters for future seasons.
"I'm excited for fans to now experience this completely new story arc where they will learn more about the Dusk universe and their favourite characters within this dark, dangerous, crime world with a supernatural edge."
Season two of "From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series" will split its storyline between Mexico and Texas, following a night of sex and violence for the Geckos at a strip club.
"From Dusk till Dawn: The Series" - which premiered in March 2014 - is based on the film franchise created by Rodriguez.
