Funskool to be exclusive India distributor for Playmobil toys

Toy company Funskool India Ltd said today it has partnered with Germany headquartered The Brandsttter Group which owns the 'Playmobil' brand through a distribution agreement for the Indian Market.

The exclusive agreement will see Funskool as the sole distributor for the Playmobil line of toys in India, it said in a statement.

Since 1974, Playmobil toys, created by Hans Beck, have become a classic throughout children's playrooms, with play themes ranging from a pirate ship to a children's hospital, Funskool said.
