Gas tanker overturns, disrupts vehicular movement in Thane

A gas tanker overturned on the busy Ghodbunder Road here today, disrupting vehicular movement on the route, an official said.
No injury or casualty was reported in the mishap.
The speeding tanker overturned near the Chena creek around noon, causing leakage of the gas from it, Thane's regional disaster management cell chief Santosh Kadam said.
Fire men and rescue teams rushed to the spot.
The mishap affected the movement of other vehicles on the city's arterial road.
