Geological Museum to be set up in J'khand: Das

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today directed to set up a geological museum to help students and tourists know about the rich mineral resources that the state possesses.
Reviewing the Mines and Geology departments, Das also asked the departments concerned to prepare a mineral map and explore possibilities of any new resources through surveys, a press release said here.
A weekly review of the single window system be taken up at the level of Chief Secretary and dispose of maximum applications, Das said and directed that there should not be any pending applications.
Chief Secretary Rajbala Verma, Development Commissioner Amit Khare, CM's secretary Sunil Kumar Barnwal, IT Director Umesh Prasad Singh and other officials were present during the review meeting, the release said.
