She was found in a critical condition this morning near Charan Singh colony here and has been referred to a Delhi hospital, police said.
Citing medical report, the police ruled out the possibility of rape.
"It seems the girl attempted suicide by consuming poisonous substance," Superintendent of Police (City) Shivshankar Yadav said.
The identity of the girl is still not known.
