Accused Nishan Singh, who was arrested from Goa on October 21, was produced after expiry of his remand before Duty Magistrate Sushma Devi.
Meanwhile, after the medical examination of the girl at a hospital here on Sunday it was established that she was four weeks pregnant, official sources said.
Police added offence of rape against Nishan Singh who along with his 17 accomplices, including his mother Navjot Kaur are already facing charges of kidnapping, assault trespass and misuse of firearms in kidnapping the girl.
Another accused and accomplice Rajvinder Singh, who was also arrested from Uttar Pradesh on October 17 and whose police remanded expired yesterday was sent to judicial custody.
Singh was the man who fired to create panic when the 15-year-old girl was kidnapped in public view despite resistance from her parents, police said.
