raped by a youth at Indergath village in the district, police said today.
The victim was raped by 25-year-old Tooti of Indergath village after allegedly kidnapping her on May 2 when she was on her way to the village from Jalalabad, they said.
In her complaint to police, the victim alleged that the accused took her to various places and raped her and ultimately on May 6 he left her at the Raikot bus stand near Jagraon from where she came to her native village Indergath.
The accused has been booked on rape charges, police said adding, he is absconding.
