Moni, a Class 11 student of Bharat Singh memorial sports school at Nidani village in the district and resident of village Mohala of Hisar district, was found hanging from the ceiling of her hostel room yesterday, Investigating Officer Ram Mehar Singh said.
Body of the student was handed over to the family members and viscera has been sent to ascertain the exact cause of death, he said, adding that only after a probe it could be said whether it was suicide or not.
It is to be noted that body of Shubham, a girl student from Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh, was also found hanging from the ceiling of her hostel room under mysterious circumstances on Jaunary 26.
