"The court would like to know what he (Ajay) is suffering from so that the concerned experts are included in the panel (medical board)," a special bench of Justice Siddharth Mridul said, adding Ajay has been in hospital for a long time and should have recovered by now.
The court gave two weeks to CBI to file its report on the ailments suffered by Ajay that need to be examined by the panel and listed the matter for hearing on December 12.
Ajay and Badshami, along with former Haryana Chief Minister O P Chautala, have been sentenced to 10 years in prison in a junior basic teachers (JBT) recruitment scam case.
Meanwhile, the court informed the lawyers for Om Prakash Chautala that as per the records his regular bail has been disposed of.
The response came on a query by senior advocate Hariharan and advocate Amit Sahni who appeared for O P Chautala.
Chautala had surrendered at Tihar jail on October 11 after the high court cancelled his interim bail on October 10 for flouting bail conditions by campaigning for his party.
On January 22, 2013, a special CBI court had convicted and sentenced the Chautalas and eight others to a 10-year jail term each for illegally recruiting 3,206 junior teachers in 2000.
Among other convicts, 44 were sentenced to four years in jail and one to five-year jail term.
All of them were held guilty of cheating, forgery, using fake documents as genuine, conspiracy under IPC and of abusing their official position under Prevention of Corruption Act.
