Because of the Trump administration's policies, talented professionals who had migrated to the US would now return, he said.
Speaking to a group of polytechnic students here, Khaunte said the state government will soon come out with a policy on start-ups for the benefit of those returning from the US.
"We have a lot of people who have gone abroad, who want to come back for various reasons. We need to find industry and security for them....I am happy and quite proud to say that in the next ten days, a proper policy on start-ups will be implemented," he said.
