The incident occurred yesterday when the SUV of Dr Sumit Budania hit a motorcycle on which a constable Rajendra and his daughter Mahima were going to Durana village, they said.
All three were rushed to BDK hospital where the doctor was declared brought dead, they said, while the condition of father-daughter duo is stated to be stable.
Both vehicles were seized, they said, adding that a probe is on in this connection.
