Govt officers to take pledge against drugs in Punjab

Punjab government today directed all officers posted in the main and mini secretariats to ensure their presence on 'International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking' to be observed on June 26.
Disclosing this here, an official spokesman said that Secretary General (Administration) K A P Sinha would administer pledge to officers/employees at 11 am in Punjab Civil Secretariat premises on the occasion.
Additional Secretary General (Administration) Balwant Singh would administer similar pledge to officers/employees in Punjab mini civil secretariat, he said.
