In restricted activity, gram and its dal prices fell up to Rs 100 per quintal on the wholesale pulses market today following stockists selling against falling demand at prevailing levels.
However, other pulses traded in a tight range on lack of worthwhile buying and settled around previous levels.
Traders said stockists selling against falling demand at prevailing levels mainly led to decline in gram and its dal prices.
In the national capital, gram eased to Rs 2,950-3,700 against last close of Rs 3,000-3,800, while its dal local and best quality also traded lower by Rs 100 each to Rs 3,900-4,100 and Rs 4,000-4,100 per quintal respectively.
