Grenade found at gate of ex-bank manager's residence

Suspected militants of the proscribed outfit Kangleipak Communist Party (KMC) left a hand grenade at the gate of a retired bank manager's residence and a live bullet was found nearby today.
Police said the grenade was recovered at 7.30 AM from the gate of Y Jayanta's residence at Uripok Achom Leikai in Imphal West district.
On the other hand, the live bullet was found at a nearby shed wrapped in a white paper, police said.
