Elsewhere, refined palmolein prices recovered owing to renewed offtake from retailers.
In the non-edible section, castorseeds bold and castor oil commercial declined due to poor offtake from shippers and soap industries.
In the edible segment, groundnut oil rose by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 1,240 from Friday's closing level of Rs 1,235 and refined palmolein moved up by Rs 3 per 10 kg to Rs 572 as against Rs 569 yesterday.
Moving to non-edible section, castorseeds bold fell by Rs 15 per 100 kg to Rs 3,185 from Rs 3,200 and castoroil commercial went down by Rs 3 per 10 kg to Rs 667 as compared to Rs 670 previously.
