In the non-edible segment, castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial maintained its uptrend due to steady demand from shippers and soap industries.
Linseedoil also moved up following higher offtake from paint and allied industries.
In the edible segment, groundnut oil slid by Rs 10 per 10 kg to Rs 750 from Thursday's closing level of Rs 760.
However, refined palmolein edged up by Rs 3 per 10 kg to Rs 638 from Rs 635.
Linseedoil climbed by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 850 as against Rs 845 yesterday.
