Groundnutoil weakens on subdued demand

Groundnut oil continued to rule weak in an otherwise listless oils and oilseeds market on subdued demand from stockists and retailers amid ample arrivals from producing belts.
While, refined palmolein, castorseeds bold, castoroil commercial and linseedoil all held steady in the absence of any largescale buying.
In the edible section, groundnutoil eased by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 920 from Monday's closing level of Rs 925. Refined palmolein closed unchanged at 525.
Moving non-edible segment, castorseeds bold, castoroil commercial and linseedsoil all ended unaltered at Rs 3,125 per 100 kg, Rs 655 per 10 kg and 850 per 10 kg respectively.
