Patel made this appeal at Luv-Kush Maha Sammelan, organised by Patidar Parivar Trust here.
The Trust felicitated her with 'Nari Ratna Award' for her achievements.
Patel urged the community leaders to act like a bridge between society and labourers to enable the government in providing them with various facilities, it said.
