Bainsla was present in the Mahapanchayat which was convened to discuss the reservation issue.
After he felt discomfort, he was rushed to a private hospital where his condition is normal, a leader of the Gujjar Aarakshan Sangharsh Samiti said.
The Gujjar leaders demanded from the government to make efforts to provide the benefits of the reservation which has been stayed by the high court.
