The faction held a Mahapanchayat in Dausa to review the outcome of the agitations launched by Gujjars in the past and gave the government an ultimatum of two months.
Atar Singh Bhadana, a former MLA, targeted Gujjar leader Kirori Singh Bainsla and said the agitations would be led by the community and not just one person.
He said Gujjars launched several agitations for reservation and 72 members of the community had lost their lives, but the demand was not met.
