Gur ends quiet on little buying

Gur prices settled on a steady note in the wholesale Jaggery market at the national capital today as prices after moving both ways on small bouts of trading and settled at last levels.
Muzzafarnagar and Muradnagar gur markets prices also settled at overnight levels on little buying support.
Marketmen said sporadic deals along with restricted supply, mainly held prices unmoved.
Following are today's rates per quintal:
Gur chakku 2,900-3,000, pedi 2,900-3,000, dhayya 3,000-3,100 and shakkar 3,100-3,200.
Muzaffarnagar: Rasket 2,550-2,600, chakku 2,600-2,850, khurpa 2,500-2,550 and Ladoo 2,625-2,800.
Muradnagar: Pedi 2,550-2,575 and dhayya 2,500-2,550.
