"Contribution of the eastern region in Mahindra's national scooter sales is 30-33 per cent. So far we were into 125cc scooters. We were waiting for the product to register sales volume," Mahindra Two Wheelers zonal business head (east) Amarendra Kr Verma said here today.
West Bengal has remained as an important market for Mahindra contrubuting 10 per cent to total volume of scooters sold, Verma said.
Mahindra is yet to officially confirm the timing of the much-awaited Mojo 300 super bike.
Highlighting first-in-industry features of its scooter Gusto, he said it has a height-adjustable seat in its top model.
