Six people have been arrested and various brands of 'Gutka' sachets worth Rs 1.20 crore were seized from their possession, police said Friday.
The accused, who were arrested on Thursday, illegally brought the goods from Bidar district of Karnataka, a release said.
Some states, including Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh, have already banned the sale of pan masala and gutka, a concoction of tobacco.
