Singer Gwen Stefani has cancelled the album she worked on with "Happy" hitmaker Pharrell Williams.
The 46-year-old No Doubt frontwoman said the album "didn't feel right" to her, but she has started working on a new one, reported Entertainment Weekly.
Last year, Stefani promised a new solo album and had even previewed it with the singles "Baby Don't Lie" and "Spark the Fire".
She had hired longtime collaborator Williams to produce the album, but she still didn't like where it was going. "It didn't feel right. I didn't feel fulfilled."
Her fans are lucky because a new album to replace the one she had scrapped is now underway.
There is no word on when the yet-to-be-titled record will arrive.
