The Governor also administered oath of office and secrecy to newly appointed members of APSC namely Nafifa Ahmed, Dr Anupam Roy and Dhrubajyoti Hazarika.
The oath taking ceremony was held at Raj Bhawan's Durbar Hall.
The function was attended among others by Additional Chief Secretary to Assam Chief Minister M G K Bhanu, Director General of Police Mukesh Sahai and other officials.
