According to prosecution the girl was allegedly raped by a doctor Praveen Saini and his associate Deepak at Haibatpur village under Charthawal police station in the district on Wednesday, when she was returning from his clinic.
The victim has also alleged that she was given some medicine that made her unconscious during the ordeal.
Both the accused are absconding and search is on to nab them, police said.
