Berry and Aubry, who dated for five years before splitting in 2010, have joint custody of their daughter Nahla. Each has the kid around 50 per cent of the time.
Berry, 48, has asked the judge to reduce her monthly child support obligation from USD 16,000 a month to just over USD 3,000 a month, reported TMZ.
The actress has apparently claimed in her legal documents that Aubry, 39, has stopped working and is content to live off of the child support, and that's an abuse of the system.
