"Hallmark has also ventured into the energy sector and there are plans to start a 50MW solar power plant in Tamil Nadu", the company said in a statement.
On the real estate front, Hallmark Group has completed over 0.5 million square foot of construction activities and has set a target to construct over 10 million square foot over the next four years.
The company's upcoming project Hallmark Emerald was launched here today by popular film actress Hansika Motwani.
The apartments range from Rs 28 lakh, the release said and added that the delivery of the project was expected to happen by December.
The company is eyeing generate revenue of Rs 450 crore from this project, the release said.
