Har transfers 1 IAS officer, additional charges to 2 others

Haryana government today transferred one IAS officer and gave additional charges to two others.
The government issued posting orders of the three officers -- R S Kharb, C R Rana and Vinay Singh -- with immediate effect, an official spokesperson said here.
Kharb, Chief Administrator, Haryana Housing Board, has been posted as Chief Executive, Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board relieving Ashok Sangwan of the said charge.
Rana, Registrar, Haryana Cooperative Societies and Managing Director, Sugarfed, Panchkula has also been given the charge of Director General and Secretary, Agriculture Department and Managing Director, Agro Industries during the training period of Brijendra Singh.
Vinay Singh, Administrator, Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA), Panchkula has been given additional charge of Chief Administrator, Haryana Housing Board, he said.
