A hardcore criminal, wanted in over a dozen heinous cases, was arrested in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said on Sunday.
Acting on a tip-off, the police nabbed Noor Din alias Jattu, a resident of Bakrak Colony, from Rajbagh area of the district, they said.
"The accused is a habitual offender and was wanted by police in over a dozen criminal cases registered against him at different police stations in the district since 2010," a senior officer said.
