After Stles ran offstage, some fans filmed him as he appeared to throw up.
In the video, he was getting down on his knees, wiping his mouth with a towel, and taking a swig of water.
"He went through a period of throwing up before he went on stage. I think he's over it now though," said Payne when enquired about Styles' health.
