These children would also be provided monthly scholarship of up to Rs 2,000. Schools or institutes operating the nurseries would be provided Rs 1.25 lakh for sports equipment and other expenses, this was stated by Sports and Youth Affairs Minister, Anil Vij, who was speaking after inaugurating Yog and Vyayamshala in Ambala Cantt. He said that Yog and Vyayamshalas would be set up over an area of about two acres in all 6,500 villages of the State. Of these, about 900 Yog and Vyayamshalas would be constructed this year.
