Helpline number +91-172-2545938 will provide information about people of the state who were stranded in Uttarakhand, an official spokesman said.
A team of civil and police officials has already been stationed at Dehradun to help find people of Haryana and help them return, he said.
Meanwhile, the Haryana Health Department has issued guidelines to all civil surgeons directing them to set up control room and establish round the clock medical post in the flood-prone villages of the state.
Civil surgeons have also been asked to be in touch with Deputy Commissioners to tackle any emergency situation and co-ordinate with the Directorate regarding any problem related to flood and send daily report, he said.
