Haryana govt releases Rs 26 crore for construction of jails

Haryana Government has sanctioned Rs 26.56 crore to complete the construction of new district jails within the stipulated time.
Stating this here today, an official spokesman said that a proposal to this effect has been approved by Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar.
He said the state government has taken up the construction of new jails in Panipat, Palwal, Rewari and Mewat districts.
