A total of 64 personnel of the Indian Army underwent a 14-day Isha Hatha Yoga training programme at the Isha Yoga Centre on the city outskirts.
The training ended on Monday,an Isha release said here.
Stewarded by the Army Sports Control Board, under the aegis of the Directorate General of Military Training, this initiative aims at gradually equipping the large force to be self-sustained in making the possibility of yoga available to each and every personnel, spread across the length and breadth of the nation, according to the release.
The contingent, consisting of Officers, Junior Commissioned Officers and other ranks, went through the regimen which included practice sessions twice a day and classroom sessions everyday.
