Having a daughter was a dream come true: Ryan Reynolds

Actor Ryan Reynolds says he was overjoyed when his wife Blake Lively gave birth to their daughter whom he adoringly calls "Shrimpie".
The 39-year-old "Deadpool" star, who was youngest in his family with three elder brothers, said becoming a father to his little girl was a dream come true for him, reported People magazine.
"Having a daughter was a dream come true for me. I would have made a terrible king. I never admitted it out loud, to myself or my wife, but I really wanted a little girl. It's the best," Reynolds said.
The actor says he has been transformed into a completely doting father.

"I don't have to prepare to be wrapped around my daughter's finger. I have been wrapped around her little finger since the day she plopped out into this world," he said.
The couple are now expecting their second child.
