Admitting the petition after hearing both the parties, a division bench, comprising justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan and Justice P S Rana, directed the registry to expedite the hearing of the matter.
The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the State Information Commissioner whereby the Commissioner had directed the Deputy Commissioner and ADM, Shimla, to supply the information within 10 days to RTI activist Dev Ashish Bhattacharya pertaining to the purchase of land byPriyanka Gandhi Vadra near Shimla.
