Justice N Kirubakaran in his interim order said a perusal of the records showed that the petitioner got power of attorney from the owner of the property Murugan. "It is clear that the petitioner is absolute possession as a power agent of the entire property".
The contention of the police that Chinnasamy, who entered into agreement with the owners of the property Sathiskumar and Rajkumar in 2012 and was in possession was not correct the judge said, adding, it is well settled law that agreement cannot confer any title to the property.
A perusal of the photographs would show that advocate office board had been put up in the premises. If any body trespassed into the property and attacked the petitioner's mother, it was the duty of the police to arrest those culprits and proceed in accordance with law.
The petitioner said that the property belonged to T Rajkumar and T Sathishkumar. They had sold the property to One Murugan.Murugan gave him power of attorney. When the petitioner made arrangement to sell the property, some unruly elements insisted that he should sell proper for them at a lower price.
