Rosaiah, a former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, had moved the HC seeking quashing of the case in which the special ACB court had also issued him a summons.
According to a petition before the ACB court, the state authorities handed over a prime piece of land measuring nine acres in Ameerpet area here to a few individuals, who were not the original owners, in an "unlawful" manner during Rosaiah's tenure as the Chief Minister.
The HC observed in today's order that there was no evidence of Rosaiah having influenced the government's decision and quashed the case as well as the summons.
